February has been a brief but intense month at Kosmo. We dedicated a lot of our roadmap to making life easier our customers’ developers (we released our new Sandbox environment), enhancing and adding solutions for both our e-commerce and marketplace customers (Shopify app, Draft orders, Notifications, etc...), and onboarding new courier services in Singapore to constantly provide the cheapest and most reliable options to our customers.

🛍 Shopify delivery app (beta)
Shopify is the world leading ecommerce platform. While it makes it easy for any business to sell online, there is still no simple way for shops in Singapore and Southeast Asia to arrange and fulfil their deliveries. With Kosmo’s delivery app, Shopify businesses can now easily manage all their deliveries in one platform. With just one app, Shopify’s vendors will be able to access all the main last mile couriers (Lalamove, pandago, Grab Express, Gogox, Ninja Van, pickupp, and more...) and offer multiple delivery options to their customers while streamlining their operations.
✍️ Draft orders
Our new draft orders product allows businesses to consolidate their orders from multiple channels (Shopify, Wix, their own files or systems etc..) into a single place and easily manage them in the most optimal way: assign orders to the right pickup locations, batch orders into multi-stop deliveries to reduce the cost, automatically assign to the cheapest or fastest courier based on their own rules, etc…
💬 Notifications
Our users can now have full control on how and when they communicate with their customers about status updates. They can easily choose the preferred channel (sms, Whatsapp and soon email) and for what status they want to send the update. Better notifications means better customer experience and less requests for support 🚀
🚚 New Courier Services in Singapore
We onboarded 3 new couriers in Singapore: Milkrun, Qxpress and J&T. We continuously select the best Courier Services to bring cheap and reliable delivery options to our customers, while increasing the variety of services available on Kosmo.
