Delivery Management Platform:

📈  Analytics Dashboard

The Analytics Dashboard empowers your logistics teams with insights into their delivery performance and cost, enabling informed decision-making for optimized operations. 

Here's a glimpse of what you can achieve with our new feature:

• Delivery Distribution: Understand which are the busiest hours and days for your operations and staff your fleet accordingly.
• Cost Trends: Dive deep into cost trends, helping you make data-driven decisions to enhance efficiency and reduce overall costs.
• Fail Reasons: Identify and address delivery failures with precision by analyzing detailed fail reasons, ensuring a smoother customer experience.

📍  Stops view

The new view is an improvement of the existing Active Orders dashboard, it allows logistics teams to easily monitor delivery status for each order, providing live updates for precise tracking at customer level.

The user-friendly interface ensures quick navigation, while the alerts facilitate timely issue resolution.

🚛  Max distance and time for routes optimization

This additional settings allow logistics teams to set a maximum distance and/or a maximum duration as constraints for automated routes creation. This ensures efficient and compliant route planning, enhancing overall operational efficiency and resources utilization.

🗺️ Routes distribution

The feature allows teams to choose which logic to use for automated route creation:

• Distribute orders equally among all available drivers, ensuring balanced workloads and timely deliveries
• Create as few routes as possible to use the minimum of drivers and maximize their productivity while meeting delivery commitments.

Driver App (Kosmo Drive):

📱 Offline POD

In the last-mile industry, drivers often face challenges in high-rise buildings or remote areas with limited connectivity. The "Offline Proof of Delivery" feature empowers drivers to capture and upload delivery proof, such as images or signatures, and upload them also when their device is offline, ensuring uninterrupted operations in challenging locations.

This new feature eliminates data loss risks and delays associated with poor connectivity, contributing to a more seamless delivery process and driver experience.
