📤 Customer order portal (for couriers)

The new customer order portal is designed to streamline the logistics process and empower local courier companies to scale their business 🚚

How it works:

1. The courier company easily creates personalized portal links for its clients, providing them with a seamless interface to manage create orders.
2. The clients use the provided link to easily upload their orders in just a few clicks and print delivery label (if required)
3. The courier company receives the order directly within their Kosmo account, where it can create optimized routes and assign them to drivers.
4. Clients stay updated with live status of their deliveries, improving transparency and customer satisfaction.

🏷️ The tags allow couriers to easily categorize and filter deliveries at the customer level. Whether managing individual customers separately or optimizing deliveries in bulk, our platform empowers teams to handle logistics seamlessly.

The new Status History offers logistics teams and dispatchers a simple view on all the delivery or route’s steps and their exact time-stamp ⏱️

🏷️ Delivery Label and Bar Code

It is now possible to generate and print delivery labels directly from Kosmo, without the need of an external solution. Generate and print labels for all your orders directly from the Kosmo platform, streamlining both your pickup and delivery process and simplifying your drivers’ work.

Labels shows all essential information, including a barcode for easy scanning on the Kosmo app, improving parcel tracking.

Driver App (Kosmo Drive):

The new scanner feature enables drivers to directly scan the barcodes on delivery labels using their phones through the "Kosmo Drive" app. Scanning the barcodes at pickup ensures that drivers collect only the parcels assigned to them, reducing errors to zero and enabling 100% accurate parcel tracking.
