This month's updates:
🛍 Kosmo app on Shopify
Our app has been officially approved by the Shopify team and is now available on Shopify’s app store. Any Shopify business can easily install the app for free and have fast access to multiple local couriers in Singapore. Kosmo allows online stores to save time and money removing unnecessary manual steps while improving their customers’ experience with multiple delivery options at checkout, branded tracking and custom notifications
💬 Sender Notifications
Kosmo’s users can now easily keep their team updated on the most important steps of the delivery with our Sender Notification. Making sure that the relevant people (e.g staff at the store, restaurant or warehouse or the operations team) are constantly updated with the delivery status will ensure a smoother flow and a faster reaction of the team.
💵 Courier’s Tips
Kosmo’s users can now add a tip to their active orders to find a driver faster. This new feature can be particularly useful during peak hours and days when shortage of couriers can impact the customer experience. Adding a tip to the order will help businesses to minimise the risk of delay or cancellation and meet the customer’s expectations.
🤝 Merchant API
We work with marketplaces who have merchants in their platform. Till now, they used our API by sending the location details of those merchants, but there was not a merchant entity in Kosmo. With this update, if you are a marketplace, you can create your own merchants in Kosmo. This way you can use Kosmo the same way as you'd use your own applications. This is the first step to start building a neat partner portal so that partners can track all kind of details of their merchants in a nice UI.
