What We Achieved in 2022

As the world moves online, every business needs to offer delivery. We are here to make it easy to integrate delivery into your platform.

We are still under one year since the inception of the company, but in those months we have achieved a lot. Some of our key milestones:

• Helped businesses deliver their orders in 4 countries (Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines and Brazil)
• Partnered with tens of businesses in 5 industries (Restaurants, Flower, Pharma, Marketplaces, D2C)
• Built a remote team with people in 8 countries ( 🇸🇬 🇵🇭 🇻🇳 🇹🇭 🇲🇾 🇦🇲 🇪🇸 🇩🇪)
• Delivered orders in 30’, same-day and next-day.

However, we are just getting started. There are still a lot of problems to be solved in the industry so that everyone can do deliver easily. A great delivery experience leads to happier customers, so by solving those problems we can enable growth for thousands of businesses globally.

Here is a list of the problems we have identified and tackled in 2022.

Problems we have identified and we want to tackle in 2023:

• Delivery workflows are still manual and with limitations. We want to make automated dispatching easy
• Shopify merchants have limited access to delivery solutions. We will create an app for Shopify and other platforms
• Delivery integrations are still complex and time consuming. We will create a self-onboarding flow to allow any business to integrate with multiple providers in just a few days
• Delivery platforms don’t make it easy for big teams to collaborate and work on the same account. We will improve our team and roles feature to fit the needs of any team
