Create Your Fleet

1) In Teams Settings you can create different teams and assign your drivers and Fleet Managers to each team.

2) In Drivers Settings, you can add all your drivers and assign them to their respective teams (optional). Drivers will receive an invitation to their email (if provided) or can download the Kosmo Driver app for Apple and Android. Ensure they sign up using the same phone number (or email address) you used to invite them.

3) In Driver Pay Settings, you can define the pay scheme for your own drivers.The pay scheme has 3 main components:

- Per delivery: the amount to be paid for each drop

- Per Km: the distance component

- Start from Km: define from what Km you want to start paying the distance component

In the example below, the distance component will not be calculated for the first 3Km.
