Dispatch Rules allow you to define and automate the assign (and reassign) logic so that you and your team don't need to monitor all orders in real-time.
You can define the priority, the vehicle types and the couriers to be considered in each rule.
In the example on the left, we selected priority = Ranking (meaning that I can manually define the priority).
This rule will first send the orders to the team East, if the orders are not accepted within 30', they will be sent to team West and finally to Lalamove.
