To run a successful delivery operation you need tech. Everyone likes it when they get their food or packages fast and with a great tracking experience. Unfortunately, you only get that experience when you order from major food delivery or e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Grab, foodpanda or Uber.
Why is that? Because they have the technology to make it happen. Without tech you cannot offer such experience at low costs. Our goal at Kosmo is to provide that same technology to companies so that they can deliver fast and at low costs, while providing a great delivery experience.
The truth is that we are not alone on this. There are other companies working to improve delivery. Most of those companies stay quite shallow on the dispatch and routing products, though. They don’t go deep into all the rest, especially on driver management. This leads to the companies that use those products to have endless number of excel sheets to track driver information, schedules, payments and more. Most companies don’t even track driver performance since it’s basically impossible to do it without proper tooling, you just cannot do it with excel sheets. Takes too much time, which means you need to hire people just to do that.
We’ll keep improving our order management products with the goal to optimize and automate delivery. At the same time, starting in January, we’ll start to build the driver management module to help automate the management of drivers. Clean and safe data storage with all your driver information in one place. Our goal is to save you hundreds of hours of manual processes. From automated driver onboarding to payments and performance management, killing excel sheets along the way.
So jumping into 2024, we’ll allocate each quarter to a new product within what we call driver management. This is subject to reallocation based on customer priorities, of course. On top of that, we’ll keep iterating and evolving our core modules of dispatch, routing & driver app.
